It was difficult access and parking lot at Waterloo university branch
My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Best bank experience and highly recommend location
Outstanding customer service! The staff were professional, patient, and welcoming throughout the process. A special thank you to Mr. Avijit Bahal for going above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate the excellent support. Highly recommend this branch!
Every month this bank takes advantage of low income families by changing dates on withdrawals and putting you into overdraft on purpose every month. This is by design to charge you more fees. Do not bank with CIBC, they do not care about families or low income individuals.
