I went to this bank to deposit my paycheque, but the teller and her supervisor refused to release the hold because they said they don’t know me. I provided them with my ID, but they still wouldn’t do it. Horrible! Other CIBC branches aren’t like this—you just need to show your ID to verify yourself
12 calls , no answer and no call backs last week. This week I arrived to a note stating they don't have any staff to work. Place is brutal. Countless dollars spent on a location with empty offices and no workers.
One cashier working the Saturday before Christmas??Absolutely terrible service for customers.. plus how about supporting the one cashier?? Human Resources should get involved here.
