Useless bank, you can make an appointment but they'll cancel 30 minutes before because the manager can't show up for work. They don't understand urgency at all, I'm extremely unimpressed.

I love how I can make $600-800 in a week but only use 500 because of your "policy" called to get my limit upped and I needed a credit report? Makes no sense to me. Why is you hold my pay check not everyone gets direct deposit. I don't have time to go in during the day I'm a roofer I don't work "government hours." This has to change I've been with you guys for years and with the same company for 2 years now. Y'all's know who I am why do you refuse to help
