Terrible experience overall. The branch is poorly managed and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I definitely won’t be returning.

This bank branch cannot understand a simple instruction. I wanted my tax accumulated funds to be refunded back into my account and renew the mortgage as usual and the mortgage advisor Jane Han ensured me that we will get the money back after the renewal of mortgage. That was the end of January 2026 supposed to get the money back. End of March came in and the money was still not deposited into the account thats when she (Jane) found out that the money was minus into the old mortgage.
