Very poor service, misleading on the fees in account. Complaint but no one care.
They are very accomodating. Excellent customer service!
I was quite surprised by the service I received yesterday. The male teller was noticeably rude and unprofessional. When handing me the account balance receipt, he flicked it toward me with his finger rather than passing it properly. I found this gesture disrespectful and not in line with the courteous service I would expect.
Helpful and polite branch.. Jane Han is great at whatever she does.. Amazing knowledge and skills.. She provided me great insight for banking and investments.. really appreciate her assistance and guidance.. 👍🏻
