Very messy management. They had me coming 3 times just to get a credit card. I was politely asked to leave and I was not given time to finish a discussion when opening a new account because someone someone else
I had a fantastic experience at this CIBC branch, and I specifically want to give a huge thank you to SHANE at the front desk. He helped me tremendously today, as well as during my previous visit. Shane is incredibly patient, kind, and provided excellent customer service while helping me set up my accounts and cards. Setting up everything in a bank can sometimes be stressful, but Shane made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this branch thanks to his amazing help!
The closing of ATMs at 5pm is so frustrating as I am out and about after that timeslot and I think they are the only bank locking people out of ATms so early.I couldn't find a Atm downtown and had to pay another bank,so I am thinking about switching banks because of this lack of service
