This is one of the worst banks. They have a 12 parking spots in the rear of the bank that is always full despite the bank being empty. I asked security and they said the lot is checked only once a day so everyone parks there to avoid parking on the street. Also the bank representatives rarely return your phone calls when you leave a message. I had to hunt one of them down by physically showing up at the bank in order to get an answer. They lack any knowledge of how things are done with Cibc as they never seem to have an answ... read more
After 20 years I have finally made the decision to close my account with CIBC. Should’ve done it 10 years ago, some of the worst and lazy people I have ever met. Do your job or find some other job your incompetent self is able to do. Terrible bank and even terrible location
I would give 0 stars if I could as the teller wasn’t helpful at all and they lost a customer. Will not be banking at this location anymore. I highly do not recommend this bank.
I was here with my friend to get balance certificate. And there response was " we need at least two to three days to calculate it." And he is not a billionaire as far as i know And he was able to get it from a different branch in just 5 minutes So can you please explain why it takes 2-3 days for you while other branches can do it with 5 minutes?
