Spend 2 hours at the branch sorting one credit card. Specifically, I said I didn't want the bank to do a credit score check so it wouldn't drop. I was assured that the drop would be just a few points (no big deal). The score dropped 75 points with only one inquiry. And my credit card was declined. So, 2 hours spent at the branch. Minus 75 points on my credit score. No credit card. Great outcome. To only learn, after all that that I could only switch my old credit card and didn't have to cancel it and apply for a brand new on... read more
Tried to call to talk with financial advisor as they changed the new person, but could not reach her. I left a message to the bank teller, and they promised to call me back for my investment fund transfer. Never receive the call, and when I tried to recall many times. No one pickup the phone. Bad service.
