Terrible service. I’m with imperial service Elan Zhang. My information was stolen from me and the scammers called CIBC (apparently their voice recognition system didn’t recognize it wasn’t my voice). They successfully gained access to my account by calling CIBC and I lost around 16k CAD. I’ve texted and called her about this and received zero response. Zero action from CIBC team. I’ve heard plenty of similar stories where clients of CIBC banking services would just be ignored for days on both big and small matters

Ok staff performance… not satisfy the last dealing with them …. Quite rude dealing with one female staff… She didn’t listen to me while I’m talking..
