The general manager also told me that the voicemail box is checked on a daily basis and that someone would return my call. However, I never received any response. Being told that messages are monitored daily while calls are never returned is extremely disappointing.
Awful service. Ive called twice and had to leave messages for them to get back to me regarding making an appointment with a financial advisor and no call back. Been a week.
Fantastic customer service. Special mention to Dom who had outstanding customer service. He is a truly polite gentleman and gave personal and transparent advice so I could feel eased into Canada's financial banking. The reception staff also gave extra personal mention of protecting financial information. Thank you!
