This is one of the worst banks I have ever visited. At the entrance, there is a short-haired woman with glasses who constantly walks around but never helps anyone. When you ask her a question, she responds in a way that feels almost like she is scolding you. Honestly, I still don’t understand what her actual role is, but she behaves as if she owns the bank. The most disgusting bank branch and illiterate employees I have ever seen in my life, they are not even worth of getting one star, I wish I could give them zero ratings for the service and the way they talk to their customer. Zero etiquettes and never helpful, always extend the time if a customer needs help with any document, last year if I neede any statement used to get in 5 minutes but now they always try to find excuses to avoid their customer and behaves so rudely. ATM IS NOT 24HOUR, THEY LOCK THE DOORS SO PUBLIC CANNOT ACCESS ATM AFTER LIKE 7PM. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST CIBC LOCATION. WHY HAVE ATM’S IF THEY ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE AFTER BANK HOURS???????

Never been to any bank with such unhelpful staff. Ended up driving down to the Newton location where the experience was like night and day.
