The place is nice even when there’s long lineups the workers are very fast at helping people. I’ve never had a problem at this place, security and employees are very helpful and kind.
I have frequented this branch for many years now. The CSR staff at the front are some of the most courteous I have met at any location. Sapna is one of the team members who has been very helpful every time I visit. She has also taken the time to follow up with me when I have a question, she cannot answer right away. This branch is open till 6 pm a few days a week and it's in the mall. Therefore, I get to go in after work and get other tasks done too!
I am really glad to come to this branch. An employee Sapna helped me a lot. She is outstanding in customer service. Thanks for your help Sapna. 🥰
Well, if i have to rate this branch i will give 100 out of 10 always willing to solve every issue. Special thanks to sapna sharma. Such an amazing girl with all knowledge.
