If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst banking experience of my life. If you value your money, your time and your self respect, don't bank here. The service is generally very rude and they are super unhelpful. The branch doesn't appear to communicate with "the rest" of cibc at all.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for Shashi Walia, who has been extremely helpful in meeting our financial needs. He always goes above and beyond to assist us with all our business financial requirements. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills have made a positive impact on our banking experience. As a business owner, I believe it is crucial to have a banking partner who provides such outstanding service.
The teller was condescending and had the personality of a stick. Seemed very unhappy and miserable. Maybe customer service is not for her.
