incompetent and rude
Went here to get a bank draft but was turned away because they have no front desk staff or anyone able to help clients with day to day banking needs. The only bankers on site had booked appointments, so I was rudely told I either had to drive to the next closest branch (a 10 minute drive away) or I could randomly keep coming back throughout the afternoon in case there was an off chance someone was available to help me. I wish there were a -10 star. Worse experience ever. The manager is the best and always beyond and above to help; however if you ever get service by Grible then good luck. She will refer to the Bank policy to provide you with the worst service ever!
I wish I could give a 0. When you first enter there no one is there to guide you so you keep standing there and when they come , they do all your work wrong, waste your time and just make you suffer
