Jasmine kaur makes me very disappointed 😞 I ask for move my funds account to account and close my TFSA. Specially i visited branch before flying back home. She didn't complete my request after 20 days I had to buy international phone plan and boon phone call appointment she said now take international mutual funds department number so what was the main purpose of visiting the CIBC Fleetwood branch. She is very unprofessional. I am so disappointed right now. 0 star for her
Worst experience. Booked appointment to complete things but did not complete anything. No proper communication nothing they just want to invest on something so that they get some commission. Do not visit this branch and waste your time.
Very disappointed with my experience. I had a scheduled appointment with Naveen Bhatia and waited about 20 minutes, then was asked to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was finally told that Naveen had called in sick. I completely understand that people can get sick, but this should have been communicated to me beforehand. If I had an appointment, arrangements should have been made or I should have been contacted so I didn’t waste my time coming in and waiting. This was unfair and extremely frustra... read more
1 teller for 20+ customers waiting in line, this bank has no respect for people's time. Every time I've been here, they are demandingly late, take their sweet time on every customer and a simple convenience that should take 5 mins takes 50. Other staff other than reception clearly sees that clients are waiting but would rather be seen taking coffee socializing. HIRE MORE RECEPTION. Always wasting my time dealing with this branch smh
