1 teller for 20+ customers waiting in line, this bank has no respect for people's time. Every time I've been here, they are demandingly late, take their sweet time on every customer and a simple convenience that should take 5 mins takes 50. Other staff other than reception clearly sees that clients are waiting but would rather be seen taking coffee socializing. HIRE MORE RECEPTION. Always wasting my time dealing with this branch smh
Terrible location go somewhere else. Massive foyer with one desk/teller to help you. What kind of bank that wants your business wouldn’t provide customer service. I’m half suprised they don’t have just a phone on the desk to call the CIBC hotline - maybe that would have been quicker than my 45 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me.
