Simran (Japsimran) was absolutely amazing and excellent customer service. I used to have another financial planner at a different location, but he wasn’t too helpful. Simran is way better who cares about helping me and my needs so I always go to her; she is fast, clear, professional and does an exceptional job! Thank you!
The employee at the front desk (Ruby) was very helpful, but they only have one employee so it’s always a long line. There’s a bunch of other employees just wandering around in the back and talking. Even if you have an appointment you likely need to wait. Better off going to Guildford location instead

Keep in mind, there are no tellers in this branch, only reception. Although the receptionist lady is great and very helpful, Long waiting time since only 1 person is working at reception. Also took me long time to get to the branch. Working hours are 9:30 to 5 pm. Couldn't make it there during work days.
Very disappointed service. Garbage bank have the garbage service and staff.
