wasted 15 mins and at last the manager said he couldn’t release the hold on pay cheque roll, whereas other branches do so.
I am CIBC customer from last two years but am not really happy with my recent experience with Jasmine, Monika Devi, and Manjit Dhaliwal (Manager). I had applied for CIBC Gold Aventura Visa card. Firstly, it arrived at the branch and no one called me to inform. Secondly, at the reception Jasmine ask us that you want to activate this card yourself or i should do it for you. Came in to get help . Bank manager didnt even bother to sit down. Probably due to racism. Went to another branch and that bank manager treated me human. This branch sucks.
Simran (Japsimran) was absolutely amazing and excellent customer service. I used to have another financial planner at a different location, but he wasn’t too helpful. Simran is way better who cares about helping me and my needs so I always go to her; she is fast, clear, professional and does an exceptional job! Thank you!
The employee at the front desk (Ruby) was very helpful, but they only have one employee so it’s always a long line. There’s a bunch of other employees just wandering around in the back and talking. Even if you have an appointment you likely need to wait. Better off going to Guildford location instead
