Waste of time. I applied online for a line of credit and received an email a few days later instructing me to call the CIBC 1-800 number. When I called, I was told I had to book an in-branch appointment to complete the application. I scheduled a 12:00 PM appointment, had to rearrange my workday, and took time off to attend. Not enough staff. Waited 15 minutes to talk to a teller. Staff is nice but way too slow. Three desks with only two employees looks unprofessional and is extremely frustrating.
Booked two callbacks through Cibc online banking. They never called
i was robbed here , they do not have a single camera in their parking lot which is inexcusable as a national bank of canada this is a joke
