Not enough staff. Waited 15 minutes to talk to a teller. Staff is nice but way too slow. Three desks with only two employees looks unprofessional and is extremely frustrating.
Booked two callbacks through Cibc online banking. They never called
i was robbed here , they do not have a single camera in their parking lot which is inexcusable as a national bank of canada this is a joke
