Overall shitty service. The one lady with the glasses there on the side. Acts so rude and even tho another branch sent us they started making faces.

I had a very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. I arrived at 10 a.m., expecting a smooth visit since it wasn’t even lunchtime. However, there was only one person assisting customers, despite a long line. I waited for half an hour and eventually had to leave without being helped because I would have had to keep paying for parking. This kind of service is unacceptable, I expected better efficiency from a major bank like CIBC.
I would like to thank the head teller, April. For a long time I had issues with real estate transactions and she helped solve a major issue. Much thanks!
