Extremely slow service at the teller. Two counters were closed.
I closed my account at this branch about a month ago. They told me everything was completed and even took my debit card, but later I found out the account was still open. I went back to the branch, and ARASH helped me right away. She solved the issue, closed my account properly, and made sure everything was corrected. I really appreciate her help and professionalism.
Ladies working Sat. Sept. 27th were pleasant and working hard to serve customers in the line. Other male teller seemed indifferent, English accent/tattoo, to the line with his wicket closed nor customers starting to ask questions from the line because of their wait. The body language read I do not want to be here, nor take some pressure off my colleagues.
