I had a disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. The staff were not welcoming or approachable, and I left feeling more frustrated than helped. I expected a higher level of customer service and courtesy. Hopefully, management can address this and improve the experience for future visitors.
Reading others reviews, I almost canceled my appointment yesterday. SO glad that I kept it!! Awesome customer service all around. Patient and answered all my questions. And I had a lot! I am confident in Ashley and her abilities.
Watch out for the older teller with the baggy eyes. She has tried 3 times to ripp me off! Yesterday I went in and made a deposit of both CASH and checks. When I got home and checked my ballance I was short the exact amount of cash that I had given her!!!! By this time they were closed so I called and left a message. Earlier this morning she called me back and tried to make excuses!!!! No apology just an excuse which made no sense what so ever.
