Watch out for the older teller with the baggy eyes. She has tried 3 times to ripp me off! Yesterday I went in and made a deposit of both CASH and checks. When I got home and checked my ballance I was short the exact amount of cash that I had given her!!!! By this time they were closed so I called and left a message. Waited on the phone for 1 hour to be transferred twice then to be told I have to go to the branch. I only wanted to update my address because I moved. Also you need to sign up for an online banking account to ask them to stop sending you duplicate copies of your monthly statement.
They point blank cancel appointments and do nothing about it. They never help you out on the app or through the phone number. Don’t fulfill their incentive program for new cardholders.. and as a trucker they withhold my cheques that I get reimbursed for 5 + days and WILL NOT raise the amount released early. Uhm what’s next, they even have withheld a few e-transfers for 3-5 business days. The tellers in sarnia seem to be old and grumpy. It’s not the place to be, they do not care
