I have had a positive experience everytime. Friendly, helpful staff. Ashley answered every question I had, and was patient throughout. Big fan!
I had a disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. The staff were not welcoming or approachable, and I left feeling more frustrated than helped. I expected a higher level of customer service and courtesy. Hopefully, management can address this and improve the experience for future visitors.
Reading others reviews, I almost canceled my appointment yesterday. SO glad that I kept it!! Awesome customer service all around. Patient and answered all my questions. And I had a lot! I am confident in Ashley and her abilities.
