Worst customer service ! I’ve called about 15 x over the past few weeks and no answer go into the bank and told I’m required to make an appointment and they aren’t available until the following week. Canceling my banking as I don’t feel this bank or branch is right for me.
service very slow and they dont try to help. if you say other bank can do what you're asking they say go see other bank. TD bank more helpful they try everything thing to make customers happy
By far the worst experience I have ever received while banking. I got scammed a month ago and even with opening a new account Cibc has put an outrageous number of blocks on my account and none of which they consulted me on. I went in to set a meeting with a rep to answer some questions about something that happened with one of my investments. I was told no one could help me and their earliest availability was 2 and a half weeks away. Pathetic. The teller I dealt with had no interest in trying to help me find a reasonable solution for my issue and sent me on my way without any effort or care.
