Worst customer service ! I’ve called about 15 x over the past few weeks and no answer go into the bank and told I’m required to make an appointment and they aren’t available until the following week. Canceling my banking as I don’t feel this bank or branch is right for me.
service very slow and they dont try to help. if you say other bank can do what you're asking they say go see other bank. TD bank more helpful they try everything thing to make customers happy
By far the worst experience I have ever received while banking. I got scammed a month ago and even with opening a new account Cibc has put an outrageous number of blocks on my account and none of which they consulted me on. (One they even put over a thousand dollars of my own money on hold and took me 4 days to get a hold of someone to deal with it) going in today no one could find a manager for me to speak with and didn’t know when she would be back.
