No access to ATM machines after office hours
They forgot to let me sign on the paper So I have to drive back there to sign. Like they didn’t even notice until I called them. And I wanted to take out my money from GIC and mutual funds. They only take out my GIC but not my funds. Like get it together, wasted my time and gas to get there
Is this the worst CIBC location? The staff that work here won't even help my mom handle my dad's estate account. They told us to go to his home branch in Jane and Finch. Even though everything is electronic and can be handled there. Even the Jane and Finch branch complained saying they outright refused to help customers. The staff here carries a sense or arrogance that should be avoided for conducting any form of business. The tellers are fine, its the "representatives" that are broken.
The ATM is closed after 4 pm
