Today I went the CIBC branch for an appointment with Mojdeh. She unfortunately couldn’t help me at the branch and she tried everything possible. Then later in the day she called me and went above and beyond and got someone from customer care to call me and resolve what I needed done. Thank you so much Mojdeh for your great service.
