My experience at CIBC, managed by Ms. Mody, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The level of customer service was shockingly poor. The staff were not only inexperienced but also lacked the basic courtesy and communication skills expected in a professional environment. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer.
