I am trying to call them but unfortunately nobody is picking the call. Terrible service. Couldn’t expect with bank!!
Sunday Dec 28 2025. No access to inside ATM's No access to drive through ATM...CLOSED. We pay fees every month yet unable to bank at this branch through ATM's. Complained about this before, was told homeless people entering the ATM area made customers nervous. So the banks answer...restrict customer access. Hire security...use some of that monthly fee for the benefits of your clients. Shameful. Accounts will be closed and moved to Servus Credit Union.
1) this branch in particular rushed me in to deal with a high priority situation. 2) kilhna was probably one of the top advisors I have ever felt with. She's direct and doesn't use any fluffy words that would confuse a person. 3) the ladies at the front service desk are always quick and kind to deal with. I drove in 30 minutes to have my appointment and it was worth the drive
