Horrible experience at the CIBC bank where Lorena Bain in Red Deer is manager. My husband was basically interrogated by a teller who is a complete stranger. He asked: What are you doing in Red Deer? Where are you staying? Where does your relative live? Does she live in the city of Red Deer or the county or country? Are you going to stay in Red Deer? What is this bank draft for? Rent? Do not take coins from this location. If you didn’t check all coins at the time you take then it will be your loss beca This guys give you cinemax token, car wash token , turkey coin instead of canadian dollar. Big scammers!!! I am trying to call them but unfortunately nobody is picking the call. Terrible service. Couldn’t expect with bank!!
Sunday Dec 28 2025. No access to inside ATM's No access to drive through ATM...CLOSED. We pay fees every month yet unable to bank at this branch through ATM's. Complained about this before, was told homeless people entering the ATM area made customers nervous. So the banks answer...restrict customer access. Hire security...use some of that monthly fee for the benefits of your clients. Shameful. Accounts will be closed and moved to Servus Credit Union.
