If you have couple of hours then go in the line. 5 teller windows and only 2 tellers working and taking all the time in the world to deal with the customer.
Anna just wasted my time for no reason. Don’t open an account with this bank. They will not solve your problem if you run into one.
The lineup was long (that's what I get for going in on a payday Friday AND the first of the month). They had plenty of tellers open and were moving the line as quick as they could. They were all smiling, all professional, and my experience was amazing. As a new client this was great to see!
My gf and I went to get printed bank statements (which are free) and Ivanna I believe was her name, was extremely rude, she tried saying if we came again she'd charge us $5 a paper (each worth 25¢) and it's only our second time there in 6 months. After printing them she never stated that she handed them all over just got annoying we were still standing there assumably waiting for more papers.
