I can not get hold of anyone and the person that answers the phone was absolutely clueless ....at the end he hang up on me before booking my apt. I have been a client for years. Very disappointing. Time to move on.
I had a great experience at CIBC today while picking up my credit card. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly, professional, and always smiling, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
If you have couple of hours then go in the line. 5 teller windows and only 2 tellers working and taking all the time in the world to deal with the customer.
Anna just wasted my time for no reason. Don’t open an account with this bank. They will not solve your problem if you run into one.
