Poor service quality, extremely slow speed, every teller and front facing staff look like they don’t want to be here. You have SIX staff servicing three customers. There are staff hiding around the printer on their phones.
I had a wonderful experience working with Tong. From start to finish, Tong was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Communication was clear and efficient, and every step of the process was handled with care and precision. Stone Zhou is the best CIBC financial rep we've ever had. He's super patient, really thoughtful, and gives great advice. He’s honest, professional, fast, and very accurate. He handled everything so well for us. Honestly, we used to have a bad impression of CIBC, and we even closed all our accounts years ago. But because of him, we now see CIBC in a whole new light.
