Very long wait in the lines at this location vs other banks I use. Pretty much impossible to find any time where you don’t have to wait in line. Came here as my closest location to pick up new Costco Mastercard as selected online. I will never use their branch again, and will avoid CIBC generally. Want to call? Worthless phone numbers that only take you to call centres, with again long waits and little help. Leave a message to have call from the branch? No return call.
My family was assigned to a new Imperial Services advisor at this branch after our original advisor moved on to a different role. Our new advisor was unprofessional and selectively responded to our emails/inquiries. New money or needing a new product? Immediate response. Requests for information, to fix mistakes, or to pull money out? No replies, no out of office messages, no call backs. They don't know the simple meaning of Technology, all their telephone customer service and mobile banking services are a joke.
