What an embarrassment of a bank. No accountability for improper actions and blatant mis-management. Plus the branch is foul and rundown. Yuck.
Had an appointment with a mortgage advisor here booked months in advance. Show up for my appointment on our agreed upon day and time only to find out they are on vacation and did not care enough to reschedule our appointment
Waiting 40 minutes in line for a teller is wild, hire more staff for the front line
ATM machine will not accept a deposit of more than a few bills
This branch has an amazing Estate advisor, named Elizabeth. The others there was also helpful! Every time I come by, someone ensures we’re helped! Also, always leaving with a unique snack from Elizabeth, she is very kind and welcoming. If you live in this city, I’d recommend this branch for sure! Thanks for reading my review.
