Poor customer service. Understaffed? Nobody answers the phone at this terribly managed branch in Invermere
I came in from Radium. A 40 min round trip and $20 worth of gas. I had checked on line and their website said open till 5. However when I arrived at 4:06 the doors were locked. There was another person there that said ”this happens all the time, it’s because the management can’t keep staff”. My question is if you cant keep staff at least have the professionalism to update your webpage. Worst bank in the Valley!
