thanks to whoever opened my account in 2014, set it up backwards resulting in me losing over $5500 in the course of five years, shut an account on me, and froze my credit card without notice. the $200 compensation makes up for it i guess.

I would like to thank Tammie who was able to resolve an issue with closing my deceased sisters account after numerous visits to the Fort Erie branch and getting no where Tammie was able to get everything done in 10 minures. Thank you Tammie for yur great customer service.

You made my parents sign a sheisty contract you took all of their money and left both of them homeless on the side of the road. When I got robbed at the bank machine by the knife clearly you had video surveillance you didn't charge him you made me pay the money back. What customers want to go into your establishment knowing that they're going to be homeless on the side of the road and if they're robbed they have to deal with it.
