CIBC has become cold with customer service ...compassion has left the building.A NSF charge couldnt be removed from a charge that was clearly from my insurance company taking a check out slated for Dec not Nov....but thanks to CIBC and the 18yrs ive been with you ..its time to move forward with more like minded banks who wave service fees like $ 16.95 for transaction which they make money on monthly ..PC charges zero for endless transactions. Not accommodating to working class hours, near impossible to get an appointment same week. Don't recommended buying any precious metals from this bank or selling to this bank. They hold my gold and silver bars a month over the set time. After telling CIBC that I was traveling overseas via phone call, they still locked me out of my accounts. I drove an hour to get to this bank the one close to me can't guarantee me my euro money within a week or two but this one had some. I walked in stood in line overheard this guy taking to the teller he ask him how much the euro was he told the guy it was at 151 to get 1 euro And I double checked and ask him he was sending money to Greece, then my turn is up at the teller now the rate is 153.
