Can never get someone to answer the phone. Had an account for over 3 years now that I still haven’t been able to use without running into problems. Staff always making errors with faxing forms so I’ve had to drive 1 hr just to sign a form I’ve signed 3 times already. Terrible. Just terrible. Do not open an account here. They don’t even have 1 staff member who speaks French.
no way to reach them without knowing the extention. this is an awful customer service experience.
CIBC has become cold with customer service ...compassion has left the building.A NSF charge couldnt be removed from a charge that was clearly from my insurance company taking a check out slated for Dec not Nov....but thanks to CIBC and the 18yrs ive been with you ..its time to move forward with more like minded banks who wave service fees like $ 16.95 for transaction which they make money on monthly ..PC charges zero for endless transactions. MERRY Christmas to a crap bank with the heart of a tic tac
