Hal is incredible! Favourite place to bank I’ve ever been. The counter people were nice too. But Hal really is a superb individual who helped us above and beyond what we could have expected! Took the time to look into things that no ever branch or bank (I bank at 3 of the major banks) ever took the time for and solved some really complicated issues for us! Can’t believe how great of a service this is! Don’t usually take the time to review but this one is a winner.

I used a card from another bank to get USD. The transaction failed so I tried again. It worked the second time, but then I noticed that my account had the funds (and fee) drawn twice.
Terrible service. Rude staff. Except for Hal. He’s the only person I would recommend dealing with. But I wouldn’t recommend going to this branch. Trust me, it’s worth the drive over to the next City! There’s a reason they don’t even have 3 stars out of 5.
this location is better then any of the kelowna branches , less wait times less line ups . went today at 2:30pm and i was the only one there was in and out in less then 5 mins with everything i needed done
