Small town service is awesome.
After serious account issues were escalated directly to the branch manager by CIBC client care, no actions were taken and the manager refused to meet with me. Business clients should steer their portfolio elsewhere; this branch is unresponsive even while directly impeding the operations of their clients.
This is the worst bank I have ever been to. The staff are rude and parking lot is covered in cigarettes butts from them. Disgusting! U can't at least put them in a can?
