Some of the workers are so lovely and are so helpful some aren't. Today I waited 30 minutes while people behind the counter stared at me. Truly mind boggling and I may not always be in a rush but that does not mean take your sweet time and stare at me when I need help!!!! GET BETTER CIBC! I wouldnt even go in if my cheques would just process faster it takes 2 weeks for me to recive my money!
