I went into this branch to open a new bank account, I wasn’t greeted with even a “hello,” and when I asked about opening an account, I was told they’re fully booked until next week. The lady at the far right table told me to go to another branch at Sheppard-Yonge if I wanted to open an account. I also asked about monthly fees for checking accounts, but instead of explaining, she just handed me a thick brochure and told me to read it myself. It felt dismissive and unhelpful

Terrible service. The white lady at the far right was extremely rude and unhelpful. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and should not be working in that position without proper training.

Even Rating one is more, Specially Andy Park doesn’t have a time sense. I was at this branch to open account, but they denied without appointment they can’t do it. Then I booked an appointment for next day and I was there at branch before appointment time but Andy Park with whom I had appointment was careless and ignored customer for 30min past the appointment time. If someone wants to open an account at this branch they should belong to one kind of community.
