Went in to close an account for my mother who passed away and the branch manager the one to "help" the conversation started with him being extremely rude and condisending..it was an awful experience for someone who is already dealing with alot the last thing needed was his attitude and aggression.
The staff here don't even know the bank policies regarding a POA. I had to call head office for help I booked an appointment with an "estate " planner who told me he didn't know much about estates. Completely useless branch
