I have rarely encountered such poor attitude and arrogant management, particularly from the manager with grey hair. The individual I dealt with clearly lacked proper communication skills and seemed more interested in dismissing concerns with an unprofessional, uninformed, and dismissive approach rather than offering any constructive suggestions. Rude and arrogant branch staff and manager in grey hair. They think they can teach you a lesson. Full of attitude. Be aware.
Terrible customer service! Have to wait so long and they still haven't processed my request. Seriously, how long does it take to reopen a bank account??
The lines are crazy, only 2 tellers work during business hours. You have to wait for 20 minutes at least to do something.
