Usually go to this branch for all business needs for the last three years. After today’s experience with Wenli, I am extremely unsatisfied with CIBC. I had advised her that I was in a rush and needed a little over the regular cash withdrawal limit and was hoping the manager would understand that small businesses run into this situation regularly.
