Disappointed after 20+ years with CIBC I’ve been a loyal CIBC client for over 20 years, but lately the service has gone downhill. CIBC started charging new fees on my chequing account without any notice. When I called to ask why, I was contacted by Ehsan from the Lonsdale branch, who claimed to be the branch manager. Outdated and inconvenient experience with CIBC I recently had to replace my CIBC credit card and was surprised by how outdated the process felt.
