I’ve visited CIBC a few times and have generally had a great experience. The rest of the team here is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they clearly take pride in their work and provide excellent service to their customers. However, my most recent visit was unfortunately marred by the service I received from one specific employee, Krystal.
