Very unorganized and unprofessional bank.
I visited this branch of CIBC 1700 Wilson Avenue, this morning around 9:30-1:30am (Sept 26, 2025) My experience is not really good. This black old lady at the counter is being rude! She doesn’t know how to address my problem so she told me to wait on the side. She can ask one of her colleagues to address my problem but she is prideful to ask help.
