Unable to understand why they locked main door can’t use ATM or dropped off my cheque??????????? Call help line and wait wait wait so without talking with anyone just disconnected, at least put ATM outside or changed building design
I have been a CIBC user for over 40years. I tried to use the ATM at Lawrence & Keele prior to work, only to find it locked. I needed to withdraw some cash, and have always used these machines during non-work hours. These machines were designed to help people that can not come during the day. I know you are going to say it's for safety reasons. By locking them up you are removing the main reason they exist. Is this the best way to solve this problem?? My goodness. Ian
Customer service absolute trash.
If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Terrible branch. I went there to order post-dated cheques for my new place, and I really wish I had the name of the girl who was helping me. She was clearly new, and one of the guys was walking her through everything step by step. On March 14th, I was told my cheque order was placed and would arrive within 10 days.
