I believe CIBC should provide better customer service training for the staff at this branch. I have visited this location several times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff member at the counter was arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She did not listen to my concern properly and seemed unwilling to understand the issue before responding. Good customer service starts with listening to customers and treating them with respect.
