I have never seen such a bad branch. They don’t work with either service or problem-oriented focus.
I called today 12:55pm the phone rang but someone actually left phone on counter because I can hear a whole conversation when I said hello, teller/mgr was talking to customer and also divulged $500k line of credit details on open line and mortgage so I dropped call. Unprofessional.
One of the worst banks EVER! Egor eager whatever his name is he’s one of the worst advisors to help with anything acts like he’s the banks owner treated my dad and me with so much attitude and disrespect he acts like he’s got the power to disrespect anyone I would never ever recommend CIBC my dad whose a senior now has to pay for something that’s not his fault just because CIBC technical issues we’d rather go to TD Canada trust or Scotia bank way better than CIBC I think at this point any banks are better than CIBC.
Work so hard Monday to Friday and go to the bank just asked the manager to release your money and out of $300. This guy have the nerves to release $150. What a grown man like me supposed to do with $650 on a Friday
Happy in closed my account... this bank practices are suspicious....
