Teller was really great. He did really good job assisting me but manager was so rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to clients. If it wasn’t for teller I would have gave them one star.
I hate this branch. I work for CIBC but it made me want to quit, just by going there. I went in to change my phone number- racist, rude and she treated me like trash because I'm not attractive. Horrible experience.
Poor Quality Why this is a 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the gentleman teller (white guy, younger, glasses) that is trying to service us and the financial advisor that was servicing us was quick, diligent, polite and professional; BUT why this would be a 1 star in general is because of the woman teller (Brunette, reddish hair, bob cut, medium length, middle aged) with not just a poor attitude but garbage attitude.
