Service level is below par. Both ATM machines were down and the staff are totally not aware of it. Only one teller counter was opened and 4 people in line. when we ask for additional teller positions to be opened, there was no acknowledgment of the situation. It is 9:40 am on a Friday and you would expect at least 2 tellers? I have to wait 20 minutes when the second teller showed up!

Very slow service. You have to wait 30-40 min line . Worst experience . They need to hire more staff for front . Only 1 person is front of me , and these two laddies take forever to serve me.
They’re a joke and can’t even increase my interac limit even at the branch! They’re lazy liars who can’t do a thing without asking help from other associates! Going there is a total waste of time, the associate proudly says that they’re brick and mortar bank but still can’t do a thing about Interac transfer lol. They’re clueless when asked about Wealthsimple providing services cheaper and faster than these so called brick and mortar banks lol. Glad I’m closing my accounts with them!
