Horrible service. I ordered my checkbook through them, it's been 2 months and I haven't received it yet. They never pickup calls, do nothing.
I’ve been waiting almost 1.5 months for my credit card. Every time I call, I’m told “next week,” and even when I went to the branch today, I was told the same thing again. Very frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, one staff member, Victoria, was extremely rude, interrupting both staff and customers with no manners. Overall, very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch.
This is the slowest CIBC branch I’ve ever dealt with. Update: I continue getting disappointed at this branch. The lady named Seema doesn’t really know whats going on or what she is doing. Three clients in a row, someone else had to help her. I had to wait for over 15 minutes infront of her while other tellers finished serving 2-3 clients. And I was there for a simple bank draft. She seems to have lost track of what she was doing and 2 different persons had to help her!
