CIBC Branch with ATM

This is the slowest CIBC branch I’ve ever dealt with. Update: I continue getting disappointed at this branch. The lady named Seema doesn’t really know whats going on or what she is doing. Three clients in a row, someone else had to help her. I had to wait for over 15 minutes infront of her while other tellers finished serving 2-3 clients. And I was there for a simple bank draft. She seems to have lost track of what she was doing and 2 different persons had to help her!

The branch may be a bit small, with few staff and they don't have a pin code machine but have to use a verification code to the phone number but the staff named Vlad is very dedicated, enthusiastic, calm and gentle

I had one of my worst experiences with Daniela who’s an arrogant teller at this branch, I had so many good experiences at the other branches, long story short, i needed a bank draft and since I was eligible to get a premium account to waive all the service fees, she avoided explaining to me all those and instad of taking care of that, she referred me to an telephone banking and after I got everything done, I came back to her to get the service and she asked me to wait on the line again, however my transaction with her was le... read more
