Highly incompetent employees, which I'm guessing is from the top-down. Aside from the very apparent nepotism hires, the manager at this branch is severely inept, repeatedly claiming and insisting they cannot do simple things that every other branch has no problem doing. Without going into specifics, he does not understand simple banking procedures regarding POAs.

This CIBC customer service is highly rude and disrespectful. Victoria was the main part I came in CIBC already making an online call arranging for me to receive a new bank card as I was stopped in line as I was approaching the front, Victoria gave me rude attitude and disrespected me very rudely then as I told her to leave me alone and stop harassing me she included that this is not harassment and I am welcome to leave terrible customer service however Jonathan, the manager did Help me with what I’m looking for so thank you ... read more
