Yesterday I reported my card for fraud and they told me to prepare one ID and go to any CIBC branch. Today I am here in this store and they asked me for two IDs. The misinformation they are giving is really disturbing and I can't help myself but to make a review here. Since I switched to CIBC, I have had the worst client experience and my account is not secure since someone charged my debit card online. I appreciate any other banks that have a better experience.
I went to this branch and I spoke to Ms. Helen Kim it was my second visit and she was beyond helpful and exceeded my expectations from the start to finish. This kind of service goes along way.
