I booked an appointment twice at this branch, and both times I was told that the employee who handles my request was not available. It is very frustrating to take time off, travel to the branch, and then be told that my appointment cannot be honored. If the required staff member is unavailable, appointments should not be scheduled in the first place, or customers should be notified in advance. This was a very disappointing experience and a waste of my time.
