I requested a personal cheque in early May and was informed that I would be contacted once it arrived. However, by the end of May, I still had not received any updates. I tried calling the branch several times, but no one answered the phone. As a result, I had to visit the branch in person, only to find out that the cheque had been delivered to a different location.
