This branch is consistently understaffed, with ridiculously long wait times. I’ve been with the CIBC for 45 years and the level of customer service is appalling. There is frequently only one teller, even at the lunch hour. It’s unacceptable to have to wait 30 mins to speak to a teller anywhere. Please note - the individual tellers are very pleasant. This is a comment directed at the management.
Walk in at 10am there’s 1 teller only and a large line and no one has any sense of urgency
Awful customer service
Highly recommend this branch!! They’re Super helpful! The new manager is amazing Pam has really given this place a 360!! I love that I was greeted by the branch manager who immediately introduced me to Luca a financial service representative who helped me with all my financial needs! The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and staff are very friendly.
All of them who i met were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.especially "Jittu John" who helped and represented me with my matters. She is one the best of the best
