I've left messages with the contact center of this Bank 4 days in a row with absolutely nobody picking up the phone or returning my messages. This Bank states that has a 24-hour ATM yet they locked the door at 5:00 p.m. and nobody can get cash out. I switched banks now I have now bank with VanCity
Worst service this branch here Mr sahil and branch manager victor is very bad service and rude behaviour to coustomer here I was from last 8 years old coustomer but they don’t care and very rude .worst worst worst branch in canada and that’s why is rating here 2.3 have to notice up management.
worst branch & staff asked for balance certificate took my info and said will get back in 2 days its been more than a week now! idk what the staff is being paid for if they cannot do their work!!
