Visited the bank to use the ATM and saw an immigrant couple struggling to change their PIN. A staff member (indo-Canadian tall guy with a gray sweater) told them to call the bank instead, but his response — “I’ve been with this bank for 5 years, I know this well” — sounded dismissive. Felt bad for the couple. Staff really need more soft skill and empathy training to handle such situations better.
