I had a great experience at this CIBC branch today. I opened a new chequing and savings account, and Dikshant Awasthi helped me throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the experience smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his excellent customer service. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for friendly and professional banking assistance.

Drive thru atm ate my cash. I always deposit with no receipt but this was the 1st time this happened and the cibc people inside just said call this number...seriously hard worked money just gone like that so disappointed with the service they gave to help
Had a phone appointment booked which I took off work early for. No one called or followed up. Tried calling the branch and no answer.
Less staff seems like on purpose(suspecting typical Managerial style to save cost). Waiting in lines. No one at the front podium in busy times. No follow up done by staff if you have appointment. Tellers working as slow as they can. Maybe have more tellers then. Again management issue.
