My Costco master card is over limit (not overdue). So the card canter teaches me - go to the CIBC, make a payment & ask the banker give the card centre a call, then I can use my credit card right away. So I go there, however, The front counter (ZM00171) “no name tag” is NOT helpful at all! After I made a payment, and ask he to make a call. He said “NO, you have to make a call, they may ask you the JOURNAL NUMBER.” So I tell him it is the card centre request that the banker call them. I recently had an appointment with arsh maddan, he was very polite and friendly. I am new in canada and as a student I don't know about credit card and some issues in the card. But they explain everything in deeply and very easy way and resolve my problem. I like the service of arsh maddan.
