customer service is going downhill. avarag wait to be served is 30 minutes. that's doesn't show that they respect their customer when they have only one teller helping people. today is the beginning of the month, I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone.
Rather have a root canal than deal with CIBC ever again
The manager was very rude,no customer service skills.Dont open a bank for you’re kids here.
