Horrible bank to deal with. All branches and the customer service department.
The Teller counter has very bad services. don't come this one
Have always had excellent service here. The one star reviews do not reflect my experience. Service is above average, even had teller assistance to get a better rate on $ US. CIBC assisted me in reversing fraud against my account. If people can't wait for service, perhaps they should make an appointment like at any other place of business.
We have been banking with Cibc for decades and we went to create a bank draft at this branch the other day and when requested to wave the bank draft fees, they blatantly declined. All the other branches we’ve dealt with the past have always been considerate considering the amount of business we have with Cibc. Explains why this banking centre has the lowest Google rating. I’ll look forward to the NPS survey.
