Very nice
I went in yesterday and while I was depositing a cheque they told me it would be on hold regardless if I had no hold on my last cheque at another CIBC. The front attendent couldnt really help me so she went to grab her manager and when I talked to the manager, Megan, she managed to explain what the issue was, made it clear i need to have trust with the bank for my cheques not to be held. Happier to know more information making me understand how the bank works. Thank you CIBC for honest people working here.
This is a great brunch. Parking is a breeze, and the bank staff are friendly and highly efficient.
