Be aware of this branch and their management who do not care about client service or privacy. They tell their financial advisors to call without leaving messages and there is no way for you to know who called. Calls to the bank go unanswered and the call center is of no help. With all the scamming going on this practice erodes trust and confidence. Complaints to CIBC result in “training” of staff. Why not train them correctly in the first place. Horrible

I have switched banks, there is not enough expertise in ALL LOCATIONS....I have to tell them what to do. Is that what you want from your financial advisor...I think NOT!!! I HAVE LOST AN EXTREMELY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY.

I really think the lady at the front of the entrance receiving customers should be more attentive to her work and show interest. Saying "wait a second" and walking away as if she were busy doesn't count if the customer is observing in detail.
