I hadn't lined up to use the teller in a while, so it was interesting to see all the changes in process and staff. While it's nice to see the added security measures, it seems like a lot of it is just for show and slows down the process and line. For example, you now need to show your picture ID to withdraw cash at the teller (despite having swiped your bank card), which is fine - however the same amount can be withdrawn without any ID at the ATM. Kanchan Kanchan was amazing today. I came in and it was a smooth ride through creating a new account and transferring funds from there. Originally scared because my account was compromised, she explained the process and brought me along with every success. I am really grateful for her help

Khush parik is so helpful and always gives you better financial advice, i used to see someone else at this branch and it was always awkward that they don’t remember their clients you know? your branch manager should’ve known if you’re a regular client and for long time with the same bank.
