This is the worst bank I have ever walked into. They have the slowest service and 2 tellers with a line to the ATMs. Come here if you have all day. SLOWest service in bank history.

Today is August 12, and I spent my time trying to do something as “simple” as booking an appointment to open an account with CIBC. You know, the bank that’s supposedly the best in Canada—at least according to all those glowing ads floating around the internet. but reality check is Out of all the branches I called, only one even bothered to pick up the phone.
