More staff needed for the morning rush
It will take you 45 minutes to reach a teller, most of the staff I dealt with were lazy
Julia spent a good amount of time with me helping me activate my new credit card, I wasn’t able to do it myself due to a block but after multiple attempts, she got the issue resolved and I was able to activate it right after. Very appreciative of all the effort she’s put in for me with that issue.
I would give this branch a negative score if I could. I have never seen a more poorly run “professional” (using that word loosely) location. We spent months trying to organize my mother’s estate account, which was met with constant calls, emails, missed deadlines and just complete lack of communication and professionalism on their part. Which for the record TD did this in 45 minutes.
