Zero Star for their awful service. I signed my mortgage renewal in February 2026 at 3.7% and the bank raised it to 7.7%. I have contacted the bank multiple times but no help to resolve this issue. There financial advisors are bunch of clowns. Every 6 months there is a new clown.
The most terrible CIBC I have ever been,even the manager who is do things what she thinks is right. I gave the unfriendly manager a valid cheque, but she said this is a fake one. TD bank can accept the cheque, why not the manager said this is faked. She is too lazy to check for me. If I can give 0 star, I do not want to give one star! Just like I owe them money…
They exist to serve their customers more problems. This is CIBC.
