Terrible Experience with a CIBCBank Branch – 0 Stars I had a terrible experience at one of CBC Bank’s branches. I visited this branch today and was appalled by the unprofessional behavior of one of the tellers. Unlike her colleagues, she was not wearing a name tag, which made it difficult to identify her. She was a woman with mid/long black hair, appearing to be in her mid-30s. During our interaction, she asked ‘Is there a reason why you’re sitting here?’ Her tone was harsh and condescending, essentially kicking me out of the chair rather than treating me like a valued customer. I don't know what happened to this place but my gosh the customer service is TERRIBLE. They never have enough tellers working the front, the lines are beyond long. If I could rate this branch a 0 I would. Not impressed. You guys need to step your game up. This is extremely embarrassing and disappointing.
