Very slow and non-attentive service. Under-staffed for a main downtown branch, and those that were working were not motivated nor efficient. This reflects very poirly on the CIBC brand.
Horrible experience today most specifically by the tellers, one of the elderly ladies who was working the desk was holding some sort of rude attitude. Like someone spat in her morning coffee, learn to treat your customers better.
