Extremely disappointed with the service. It has declined significantly and no longer meets the standards I expect from a major bank. This will likely be my last year with CIBC.
Huge and enormous branch , but only one teller for customers, what a shame!!!!!
Even though it says it closes at 5pm, you cannot even make an appointment with this branch at 4pm. Seems like assistance leaving early for their personal matter is more important than their customers.
My experience at this branch was terrible! I just got a CIBC credit card - I tried online to activate it and system said I need to call the number. I called a couple of times and finally I could talk to a rep after 45 minutes wait time. The rep said I need to go to a branch to get it activated. I spent almost 1 hour and 15 minutes at this branch and finally I was told that it can't get activated and need to come back again.
