I recently made a credit card with CIBC.. their system is sooo old, they can't do anything a distance. I came to the branch to unblock my credit card, after verifying identity, I still had to call service center to unblock the card. The problem is I had to be in the branch when I called the service center but the worker didn't tell me that. I have to return there again to do so... I m with other bank, TD and RBC, never experienced this inconvenience where I have to go to the branch in person bc nothing is done by service cal... read more
