I recently visited this CIBC branch and had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Sirjan. When I requested a service, she first told me it could not be done. Then she said she would need permission from her manager. I asked to speak with the manager directly, but she refused, saying she was “too busy.” This came across as unprofessional and dismissive, especially since she is representing CIBC as a teller. Ms.Suri helped me a lot in getting the credit card application done for my wife Neha . Excellent service by her in resolving the issue of CC of my wife even with the persistent issue of name mismatch .
