I have been a customer with this branch for over 30 years and I can tell you as the decades have passed I have seen a drastic change in the level of service and quite frankly it’s horrendous.

I had to meet Rjen one of their financial advisor, for whatever reason he was a no show. The person who greeted us when we came in, Saiyam, was soooo nice and super sweet that I wasn’t ticked off for waiting 20 minutes when he told us Rjen was stuck in a meeting. If Rjen was stuck in a meeting he should have called sooner to advise us instead of being told 20 minutes later. Very inconsiderate person. Saiyam gets 5 stars - he was the best. Chitrang was super helpful and everything was done efficiently.
Be very cautious when dealing with mortgage renewals at the CIBC branch on Goreway Drive in Brampton. I had a very concerning experience at this branch, specifically with mortgage advisor Neelakshi Sharma. I was advised that transferring approximately $250,000 into CIBC would help me obtain a better mortgage rate. Based on that, I moved my investments.
